Wow...now that's nice. Thanks for the information and I will look it over more thoroughly. On a side note...just to let you know ...I enjoyed your blogtalk with Dr. Wendy the other day. I found the discussion very interesting and it's making rethink about Nursing Administration. There is a need for more women of color in the high up places to make a positive difference for others.
